Bug Description
We use oslo.config for akanda-rug, however, we do not include self-documenting strings and we do not generate a sample configuration file. We should make a sweet through and add self-documenting parameters to those options and look into generating a sample config that can be included in release, and gating changes when the sample falls out of date.
