Recurring event alarm for a time on a date

This is not a bug but a feature request. A birthday can be created to obtain the recurring day but this does not allow me a specific time to have an audible alarm go off. I would like an alarm for a single day every year (ie noon on Jan 8 every year). Two possibilities exists I see: perhaps (1) a recurring button checkbox could be applied on an alarm or (2) use a birthday but allow a time to be set? I am using version 0.9.19 in Ubuntu Karmaic.
