you can't change locale language in archlinux

Bug Description

ERROR:root:Unable to set locale.

also i think this GtkMenu.ubuntu-local only designed to run in ubuntu & ubuntu based distros like mint.
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/amir/helpers.py:46: GtkWarning: Unknown property: GtkMenu.ubuntu-local

2.6.38-ARCH, pygtk 2.24.0-1, python 2.7, GNOME3.

please attach the output of this command
locale -a

and make sure that you can run other application with this language.(your language successfully installed.)

problem solved, just changed /etc/locale.gen (uncomment your language) and then run $ locale-gen

this is not a bug you must be installed your language before using it. :D
