Bug Description
Implement the LSM .msg_queue_* hooks, add policy language support and tests for mediation of POSIX message queues.

John, do we already mediate basic path-based access to the mqueue virtual filesystem (typically mounted at /dev/mqueue) or are those paths all kernel-internal?
