Bug Description
I have 'steam' installed on my system, which created a 27Gb file for .local/share/Steam. When restoring the configuration files, aptik appears to hang for a very long time in Preparing stage, because it's doing a 'tar tzvf ... | wc -l' of that 27Gb file. There are a number of other very large files that also slow things down to the point that one believes aptik has frozen.
