Bug Description
if a miner use Subterannean movementzone
and locomotor is {4A582743-
it can't move to find ore automatically when miner was built from Factory
and sometimes ,the Subterannean miner will random suddenly stop mining

This is a known limitation, and not the only one. Overall, you shouldn't try to use non-standard locomotor for harvesters.
If you really insist on having a subterranean miner, change the SpeedType= to Wheel, but be warned that it causes issues on its own. Ore has to be placed in spots that allow digging through, or the miner won't be able to mine it, and you can't tell the miner to go underground whenever you want - most of the time it will do it only on its own.
