Bug Description
A weapon with an infinite range (-2) won't fire automatically, even with CanPassiveAquir
The issue might be that not-auto-targeting is hard-coded to the -2 range because of the spy, so as to avoid having him cycle through all enemy infantry disguises on the map.
As a side-effect, weapons with (supposedly) infinite range need a high value, like 512, for max range instead of -2 if you want them to fire on their own.

If you want to have an "infinite" range weapon use very high range values, but be warned that it will eventually cause major lag issues.
Meanwhile, whatever Westwood did with Range=-2, it does not cause any lag right now, so it should stay the way it is. If it gets changed it will surely start lagging the same way as very high Range= does.
