When an InfantryType dies and plays it's DeathAnim, have mutation DeathAnims spawn for the dying unit's owner

Bug Description
This is basically what I was talking about in Issue 356, although this is actually a proper request for it.
When an InfantryType dies (by anything other than chrono) it will play its DeathAnim= if specified. If that DeathAnim uses MakeInfantry logic, the resulting InfantryType is neutral.
I would like the option
DeathAnimMutateTo= ENUM("neutral", "owner", "killer")
So that the modder can choose which player will get ownership of the resulting InfantryType (default being neutral like existing logic)
