Leech Weapons

Bug Description

I suggest to implement a feature to allow weapons to leech a percentage of their damage from a target like this:

[UNIT]
Primary=Weapon

[Weapon]
Damage=60
IsLeech=yes
LeechPercent=50

Therefore this unit "leeches" or heals itself for 30 each time it does 60 damage.

Sounds like the perfect "healing" tool for Yuri or the Scrin IMHO, although you could scrap the "IsLeech=yes" line and just have all weapons default to "LeechPercent=0".

isn't it possible to do negative damage to the untis, which is firing the weapon?

I'd assume so, but you can already do that (a set amount of damage, not a percent however) by setting a damage on the firing animation.
