##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
1: Give an air unit VeteranAbilities=FASTER
2: Get that unit veteran, it won't move any faster.

this is because jumpjets ignore Speed= (which veterancy boosts) and use PitchSpeed= (which veterancy doesn't boost). I suppose the solution is then obvious, but where would this make a real significant difference?

it's a bug and should be fixed.

faster rocketeers are hardly #1 priority, but it's a nice thing to have.

Just have veterancy boost both regardless of whether it's a jumpjet or not, seeing as both ignore the other's speed flag.
