An independent logic requested to realize the 'Infantry Linking' without causing any potential IEs

Bug Description

My idea is to add a tag, such as Selection.LinkedTo=[TechnoType], whick can be yes or no. This tag behaves like this:

To those units who has no Selection.LinkedTo= set:
If A can deploy into B, then use [A]\Selection.LinkedTo=B as default;
If B can undeply into A, then use [A]\Selection.LinkedTo=A as default;
If A cannot deply into anything, then use [A]\Selection.LinkedTo=none as default;

If the tag is set, then:
If A can deploy into B, but [A]\Selection.LinkedTo=C, then A is linked to C, not B;
If A can deploy into B, but [A]\Selection.LinkedTo=none, then A is not linked to anything.

That's all. And if possible, I'd rather like a multi-unit linking logic.
