FreeMCV tag and crate MCVs in general

Bug Description

I wanted to disable MCVs and other BaseUnits from crates with this tag. Well, it says that it works for multiplayer only.. even though I wanted to have them disabled in every skirmish mode.

Still, it doesn't seem to work. CrateGoodie is set to no on all BaseUnits, FreeMCV is set to no but when players have no ConYards/MCVs they will still get MCV from the first crate they grab.

Also, I'd like to request expansion of this tag to work in standard skirmish. Some may not like the idea of players receiving free MCVs when they're almost done.

I'd like to add to this- it'd be nice to have it possible to get a free MCV from FreeMCV=yes if you have no base, but NEVER able to get anyone else's MCV except your faction's at any point.

Why? Getting another side's MCV and therefore being able to build their buildings and units is a nice bonus. What reason could there be for removing that possibility?

to slightly curb the incredible advantages you can get in a game from just being a bit lucky with some crates.

Of course, if you turn crates on, unless you are a noob playing TOW or Hammer and Sickle, you just basically threw seriousness out the window.
