Bug Description

As a warhard effect, it should apply to any warheads, I think.

I have tried fireing it to myself and enemies, but all failed.

This is probably related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ares/+bug/895882 and should probably be considered a child/duplicate.

You should have the option to mark it as such in the sidebar...

LaunchPad is liberal in its permissions, that's part of why we chose it. In the vast majority of cases, you can update stuff yourself - no need to wait for an admin.
