Bug Description

This is very hard to describe, I will use the following three samples:

1.(Easiest to reproduce) Build a bio reactor and a CLEG, order the CLEG to teleport into the bio reactor, then sell the bio reactor. Then you'll not be able to build anything on the cell where the bio reactor used to be, and any vehicle cannot cross that cell.
2.(Can reproduce) Build a barracks, set it to the primary factory, **set a rally point for it**(if you don't set a rally point this doesn't happen), then train a CLEG. When the CLEG is ready, he first appears in the barracks, then teleports out. Then sell the barracks. The same thing will happen: you cannot build anything on where the CLEG just teleports away.
3.(Sometimes can reproduce) Build an IFV and a CLEG, order the CLEG to enter the IFV, then destroy the IFV. Sometimes the cell where the IFV used to be will not be allowed to build on anything.

This still happens for Bio Reactors in 15.349.109.

I also found a better way to test it: repeatedly load the Chrono Locomotor infantry into a Bio Reactor and make it leave. The cell where the infantry will unload will be blocked, as if it was still standing there. After doing this multiple times, the infantry will be unable to leave Bio Reactor (as if there were units standing where it wants to unload) and all cells clockwise from the left to right of the Reactor will be unbuildable. The only way to make infantry leave the Reactor is to destroy/sell it.

I've also noticed the same bug when using immobile dummy infantry as land mines & unit wrecks. After they are destroyed the cell they were on can sometimes still be occupied & cant be built on or moved through. So I dont think the problem is specific to CLEG or Teleporter infantry.
