Magnetron vs Aircraft Carrier bugs

Bug Description

I found two problems while tying out a Magnetron vs an Aircraft carrier

1. If you use the Magnetron against an Aircraft carrier just when its hornet swarm are about to re-enter the hangar, one of the aircraft may get stuck in one place; You can grab it with the Magnetron, though.

2. When you try pull an empty Carrier with the Magnetron (The hornets were destroyed in the process) and cancel pulling the Carrier, landing back at sea, the Carrier will instantly regenerate its hornet swarm.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
1. Fire the Magnetron at the Carrier a few milliseconds before the hornets re-enter the hangar (Not when it is high above the Carrier).

2. - Fire the Magnetron at the Carrier, destroying its hornet swarm
   - Cancel the Magnetron by either targeting elsewhere or move somewhere

In both situations, the Carrier must be attacking something first.

I haven't tested this with the destroyer yet, but it might give the same result as the carrier.

Destroyers have the same problems as the Carrier with the Magnetron.

Also, I didn't see that typo'd Magnetron issue before posting this issue. So this is (somewhat) related to issue 1645.

Probably related in a way... stealthed carriers lose their flying spawnees and regenerate those instantly when they go to stealth.
