Bug Description
This is a feature request.
Feature description: Ability to toggle mouse wheel scrolling through launchers/tasks on and off.
Use case: I have never needed the scrolling feature in my entire life. To the contrary. Very often I accidentally scroll through tasks and then have to click my way back to the window I was using previously. It would be a huge improvement if it was possible to disable scrolling through tasks altogether.
