Replace "Change Desktop Background" with something else

Bug Description
When you right click on Desktop and choose "Change Desktop Background" in the context menu appears "Appearance" window. And you can select not only wallpapers, but also choose a theme, change the Launcher icon size and Launcher's behavior, etc.
So I think the "Change Desktop Background" entry in the context menu should be replaced with "Appearance" or something else to get a "right hint" about what opens when we select this entry in the menu.
