I just start banshee and wait a few second.
and the application crash no time to do anything like configuration or playing someting.
i try to remove ~/.config//banshee-1 too but no chance
Please tell me specific steps you want me to do to help you ( i installed banshee-dbg too this time)

As indicated in the upstream bug, you can work around the issue by creating a Podcasts folder in your home folder (mkdir ~/Podcasts).
Banshee should then start without crashing.

I'm seeing this too after a dist-upgrade to Natty 11.04. Creating the ~/Podcasts folder fixed it for me ^_^

In saucy banshee now starts even is the ~/Podcasts directory does not exist.
