Bug Description
ToolTip for JList in RelationManager wrongly set to the following tool tip - RelationManager manages object relations, therefore it is not about moving user names from one list to another (as would be the case in the AccessManager).
Wrong message: "Move the user names with a double click from side to the other"
Replace by something like
"Add or remove a relation by double clicking on the element to be moved to the other list."
