Saving a new revision of an object does not updat the revision JComboBox

Bug Description
When saving a new revision (basically anytime when saving an object), the cbRevision ComboBox does not update its model to include the new revision (and have it selected) but still shows the old revision number. When storing an object, the new revision number should be added to cbRevision model and be selected.
