Bug Description

Something like a manually specified gradient between a number of colours:
- specify a number colour points, presumably with a colour picker
- allow the depth of the colour gradient to be selected
- save and reload colour profiles somehow
- (ideally) live or semi-live redraw or preview of the settings
- change some parameter of the gradient on the fly to see if you can show the contrast you want

Also:

A discrete sawtooth on two colours, with user-definable size of palette, could be worthwhile.
