Bug Description

This is a "meta-bug" serving as a reference point for attempts to make Breezy work on Windows.

Breezy doesn't support Windows at the moment, and there's quite a number of things to fix.

This bug report is going to be linked to each of those fixes.

I'm still here, and I am able to do quick checks if you have any questions or doubts.

I'm just not motivated enough to work actively on this project, I'm sorry. Bazaar 2.6 works for me.
