Bug Description
The test `test_Launchpad
file: `test_repo_io.py`, line: 483 fails unexpectedly in line: 522.
It seems that Launchpadlib works incorrectly with state: "Invalid".
The get-recent-changes facility does not return bugs with state: "Invalid".
Write small demonstration program, ask for explanation on mailing list, and
file bug in Launchpadlib's bug tracker.
