Bug Description
Currently bug-repo-syncer produces a lot of output. Much of it is not necessary
for the average user, but it is interesting from time to time.
Therefore port bug-repo-syncer to Python's logging framework, to be able to
control the amount of text output. As the user interface for this, implement a
new option "-v".
