Bug Description
The latest distribution packages of MLT are including python-mlt4. The current Openshot package specifies python-mlt3. We should update the packaging to reflect this change.

python-mlt5 | python-mlt3 | python-mlt2,
Is it still necessary to have the python-mlt4 dependency?
