Structuring paragraphs

Problem

  There should be a posibility to group paragraphs.

Following LaTeX I suggest adding more headings. Currently
there are normal- and sub-headings. Adding subsub-,
paragraph- and subparagraph-heading would result in a
bunch of `visualisation' options. The rendering of
subparagraph-headings could be as follows:

  *Sub Paragraph Heading* Ich bin nur ein
  kleiner Blindtext. Wenn ich gross bin,
  will ich Ulysses von James Joyce werden.

A third level heading will be added anyway due to the drop
of list titles.
