Don't start animation until my wallpaper is loaded

Bug Description

When I login, I see the default wallpaper flash for a second during the animation. That's kind of weird. We should make sure that your wallpaper is loaded before we start the animation.

Nooo please noooo! It will be just like Unity greeter, loading the wallpaper for ages and only then allowing me to type my password and get rid of the damn greeter.

It's like an extra 200ms. It loads mid-transition right now which looks like shit.

Well, for me it's several seconds, only on Intel GPU for some reason, not on AMD. Maybe we should use an anytime-fade-in-friendly animation instead? Like http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1337376513.png

The wallpaper randomly changing (or just not loading) anytime after the animation starts would look bad no matter what the animation is.

I hope http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1337376513.png will not, if the clock slides in a bit later than the user selector, the greeter will look like it's being assembled from parts and wallpaper fading in at unpredictable time will look okay.
