VE Express doesn't have WLAN HW so doesn't need WLAN test

I'm not convinced that's the way to go. We're going to maintain a
database of hardware in lava-submit.py script.

As discussed at Connect,
"lava-usage-and-improvements-for-the-ubuntu-leb" session, unsupported
tests cases should be skipped. The wifi-enablement should detect if
wifi is available and skip if it isn't on the board.

We should be careful with auto-skipping based on detection. For instance, see bug #1012582 where the wireless interface couldn't be found on panda. Depending on how it's detected, the wireless tests might have simply been skipped there.

Fathi is probably right that the commit is a little sloppy. I was bombarded with requests the other day and did this in a bit of a rush. However, I'm not huge on the auto-detect idea for another reason in addition to Paul's. Unless we also make some plumbing changes to LAVA we'd still be showing a "wifi" result for a board like vexpress, it would just not have any test results which would be confusing. So, I think for now, this is probably an okay compromise.
