Bug Description
When dragging items, sometimes items are inside the folders we want to reach, so hovering over them for a few seconds should open the folder, so that we may drag our folders to the desired destination. If we made a mistake, just drag them out of files and we'll be returned to the original directory of the files. This is useful for users who don't like using the terminal and can be faster than copy and paste.
