Bug Description

I am not sure if this pertains to Unity or Compiz.

When running Wine based programs (in may case, Office 2010) for some time, I lose my window border around any other running Ubuntu app. The only way to fix it for me is to log out / and log back in (running "unity" from the command line often renders my desktop unusable, as it does not always recover).

I would expect that running Wine based programs would not affect the operation of native Ubuntu apps, including Nautilus, and so on.

I have had this issue for a very long time. I think wine causes some type of conflict with compiz. Not so much unity itself. The tends to happen on native fullscreen apps from time to time as well.
