lockdep error or hangs on Android reboot

Rebooting now seems to just hang the system. Basically, this has never worked on TC2 but the symptoms vary.

This no longer occurs with recent kernels

I would like to take your opinion on issue reported with bL MP build while *reboot* if you feel this is the same bug, perhaps we can re-open this bug or open a new bug.
