Bug Description

When switching between pages in category view, a column of icons is visible during the transition effect that is not visible on any individual page. This would appear to be because slingshot still behaves as if the category sidebar were not there, i.e. as if there is an extra column hidden behind the category sidebar.

This is happening to me since an update last week or so.

My resolution is 1024x600, which means slingshot shows icons in 2x3 in category view.
If a category has enough icons to spread on a second page, the icons on the page 2 will be shifted one column left.
As a result, the two icons in the leftmost column of the page two are not displayed. They are briefly shown during the page-changing sliding effect.

It's as if the page display behaves like the grid view, but only for page 2 onwards.

Here is a screencast of what is happening.
- In grid view everything is fine.
- In category view you can notice the column shit in the "jeux" category: snes9x and uplink are hidden away, while an empty space is shown in the third column of page 2.
- a second page is shown even though it is apparently empty. in "accessoires", scratch should be on page 2 yet it is hidden and an empty page is displayed.

I can confirm, and in my case it's even weirder.

I can also confirm this bug.
Various applications are just skipped, but shown in transitions.
Like a page or column(s) is being skipped.

After changing the columns(through dconf) from 5 to 4 and back to 5 everything seems to appear fine now. But, both before and after, as well as while I had set it to 4 columns, the columns are always one less than that number(for 5 they're 4, for 4 they're 3, etc). Maybe it is connected to the issue .. :)
