Bug Description

Evergreen master

When trying to receive copies through the Acquisitions Invoice Receiving interface, I get a message saying that there are no
items to receive, although I set it up to only have items that need to be received.

We had this problem too. We found it was due to the permission ADMIN_INVOICE not being granted to our acq users.

I also found the same problem on a 2.3.0 server. I was using a superuser login and therefore don't think it was related to a permissions issue.

Our situation is the same ad Kathy's. I did try adding the permission ADMIN_INVOICE, but it made no difference. It still didn't see any items to receive.

My hunch is that this is a result of Lineitem.fetchAndRender recently becoming async. Thought I had tracked down all the code that needed fixing, but I missed this. Investigating...
