Bug Description

The osapi_compute_link_prefix in Cinder is poorly named. It only seems to be used in the base ViewBuilder class which I'm not sure we actually use in Cinder (in which case we could just remove those methods and remove this option entirely).

In any case we should either remove or rename this option so that it sounds more 'volumish'.
