Photos in clipboard try to upload but fail

Bug Description
If I copy a photo by holding a finger on the displayed photo and then tapping the pop-up 'copy' icon, and then go to the Ubuntu One and try to add the file, it says it is uploading, with the busy icon, but stays at zero bytes. If I try to delete the file nothing happens.
Also, when I took a screenshot of the Uploads Pending window, the screenshot became another job in the pending queue! Unfortunately I am not able to attach the screenshot to this report which I am sending from the iPad using Safari.
I now have a number of pending files which I am unable to delete. I will try rebooting the iPad.

Rebooting did not help. I have attached two screenshots (pasted into one image) to help explain the behaviour.
