Bug Description

New tabs should always open on the right, instead of the left.

It makes more sense to most people that important tabs stay to the left, while new tabs open to the right. That way, as less-important tabs close, the more important tabs continue to slide to the left.

This behavior can be seen in Chrome and Firefox, when a tab is 'pinned'.

Recent IRC conversation:

DanRabbit: I don't mind changing the start position, but doing it because of 3rd party apps is the wrong reason
Munchor: ok DanRabbit, my reason is different
eshat: What are the pros for tabs on the left ?
Munchor: On my brain I have like 1-> Facebook, 2-> Gmail
Munchor: If I open on the left
Munchor: I have to reorganize everything
Munchor: And my eyes are also trained to looking to the upper right corner when I open a new tab
Munchor: DanRabbit, I bought a laptop just for elementary, but I can't boot the iso on it.
DanRabbit: >.<
LocalHero: I agree about tabs. I like the forward thinking, but it makes more sense for me to keep the most important tabs on the left and open new, less-important tabs on the right
Munchor: LocalHero, like Chromium and Firefox tab App Pinning
LocalHero: Munchor: yes
Munchor: Even before I started pinning tabs I already had a memorized scheme (Gmail, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, all other tabs)
LocalHero: maybe I'm just conditioned to think that way, but it made sense to me when I first used a tabbed browser
DanRabbit: LocalHero: that's a really good point actually.

I think this logic makes sense. We already plan to have pinned tabs on the left side and we typically organize items as most important or most used on the left. So this sort of "importance by elimination" method I think fits in with that.

I'm +1 on reverting the behavior and having new tabs open on the right side.
