Bug Description
In 12.10 (Libreoffice 3.6.1.2) If a menu is available (see Bug #1049612), the first time accessing the menu works as expected, but the second time all menu items are greyed out and unusable.
If you use the HUD, no items will be available even if it is the first access to the menu (see Bug #1045353), and the menu will be greyed out if accessed after exiting the HUD.
