Bug Description
Currently the vexpress-tc2 health job uses a hwpack/rootfs type deployment. Running lmc for health jobs is a bit of an inefficient use of the labs resources, we should switch to a pre-built image if one is available. It looks like there is a candidate here: http://

I'm doing the work to fix all this up. At the time we set this up, 12.08 would not boot with the UEFI we had. Ryan sent me a new UEFI yesterday that *should* enable us to not only boot 12.08 but also Android. If I get time today, I'll fix it, otherwise it will be Tuesday.
