Open Terminal and run
cat /etc/apt/sources.list > sources.list

and add the file 'sources.list' from your home folder as an attachment to this report (or alternatively just open it in a text editor and copy-paste the contents here). Before attaching that file you might want to check that it contains no private information (e.g. a password for a private software repository).

Interesting. You seem to have repositories of Natty, Oneiric and Precise in your sources.list which is certain to cause some issues. I don't really have any idea what could've caused this. Have you done any distribution upgrades lately?

The only way to fix the broken sources.list is to manually replace your current sources.list with the default one and hope nothing breaks. To do that, please refer to the following Ask Ubuntu answer:

Hi,

I have tried to upgrade to ubuntu 12.10 by means of the update manager.
I am not able to do so and get the message Package
ubuntu-release-upgrader does not exist. Kindly help.
