The latest u-boot can not boot the stable-blob snowball build

Bug Description

This bug is intended to get the the stable-blob build booting again. (Need an other bug for having a u-boot that can boot both snowball builds)

ERROR: Did not find a cmdline Flattened Device Tree
Could not find a valid device tree

When support for device tree was enable for u-boot to be able to boot the tracking-open build u-boot could no longer boot the stable-blob build. Normally one do not change u-boot for snowball when using a new build since u-boot is store in the emmc and the rest is stored on the sd card.

Try to find a version of u-boot that works for stable-blob and pin it in the manifest.

Updated instruction on https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins/job/linaro-android_snowball-jb-gcc47-igloo-stable-blob/ to write u-boot every time with a note that you can skip it if you know what you are doing. :)

Build 95 did not have the problem solved.

I just noticed that the build has move to 4.1.2, but the patch was on 4.1.1
