Bug Description
The upstream Twitter webapp user script has changed to allow a more immediate twitter launcher integration, the packaging branch should be updated accordingly.

The userscript has been updated to give the user a quicker launcher integration even when you hit the "authentication /login" page and therefore we cannot extract any reasonnable tweets information from it. Previous behavior would force the user to wait for the main page to be up (and therefore for the user to be authenticated) before integrating to the Launcher.
The risk is a broken integration. In such a case, we would revert to the previous package version.

- Logout from Twitter (remove cookies),
- Go to twitter (with the Twitter webapp installed),
- You should hit the login page and see a Launcher integration but NO messaging menu integration,
- Upon login in, you should see a messaging menu integration,
