Inkscape 0.48.2
When we try save a file with the option "save as" Cairo PNG and non-Ascii characters the file's name change. For example "Cataluña" change to Cataluña.
Only in this option "save as". No problem if we use Export Bitmap.

confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape rev 11851.
other file formats such as .svg, .emf, .pdf, .wmf do not have this problem, only Cairo PNG.
