Bug Description
This affects Unity 5.16 - Tested on updated Ubuntu 12.04.
Untested on Unity 6.x
On a dual monitor setup, maximizing an oversized window (a window that exceeds the screen limits) takes it to the other monitor.
How to reproduce it:
1. Open Firefox
2. Grab the window so the bottom of the window stays off the screen
3. Resize the window vertically so it ends being taller than the desktop.
4. Maximize, and the window ends on the other monitor.
This is a very annoying bug, noticed by several users at my work. We are planning a massive migration from Ubuntu 10.04 to Ubuntu 12.04 and this is definitely a showstopper.
