Bug Description
Summary:
The launcher disappeared in some case when change display mode with dual screen.
This issue can be reproduced in 12.04 fresh install or with all packages from ~proposed and ~backport archive.
1. Connect to external display no matter HDMI or VGA
2. Open Displays in System menu, enable extended desktop mode
3. In the "Launcher placement", make the launcher stay in "right side display" only and click "Apply", notice launcher display on right side monitor only.
4. Enable "Mirror Display" in Display manger and apply.
Expected result:
Launcher appear on the left of screen
Actual result:
Launcher disappeared on the screen and "unity --replace" does not help
Further discover that the X coordinates axis shows a weird place by watching compiz log.
