Bug Description

Please, set up package-and-publish-linux-linaro-vexpress64-3.7 job:
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/job/package-and-publish-linux-linaro-vexpress64-3.7

It requires to add vexpress64-3.7.cfg on arm64 branch (http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=people/jcrigby/ubuntu-kernel-ci.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/arm64)

It appears the file is shipped in linux-image package. It isn't available in linux-image 3.7 package.
