the monkeyrunner command is not installed for the fmworker instance

Do you (or anyone else) know how monkeyrunnner was installed on control?
Is it packaged?

 I spoke to Vishal - he said there's no packages. You download this from
Android's SDK. I'm coming up with a way to manage this with salt right now.

Yes, we should use the one form Android SDK.
And one thing we should note is that, we'd better use adb command that have the same version with the monkeyrunner.
otherwise the adb server will be kill and restarted.
we can get the same version adb command with following steps:
1. run android command to open the Android SDK Manager window
2. Install the "Android SDK Platform-tools" item

I will resubmit the job to see if we have the version conflict problem
