resetFormat() doesn't respect background preference

Bug Description

If you set your "Background" color in Color view to something other than black, and do:

resetFormat(); echo("\n\nhello\n\n")

Your hello text will have a black background, and not the one you selected.

The background seems to only be properly applied to MUD output.

Fixed in mudlet/development (note this also didn't respect the foreground color)
