Bug Description
Reproduce:
1. Remove all calendars
2. Close calendar-selection
3. Reopen calendar-selection => No calendars
4. Try to add a appointment (here no calendar as default-calendar selected)
5. Reopen calendar-selection => Default calendar reappeared
Expected: Default-calender shouldn't be delete-able
