Bible Importer: Remove "permission" field

Bug Description
Hello,
The Bible Importer has a wizard page where three things can/have to be entered.
- Version Name (mandatory)
- Permission
- Copyright (mandatory)
The "Permission" field is not used. We should either remove it or use it some way. The current situation does not make much sense.
