Bug Description

Though much was done in bug 1053082 to address some authority fixed fields, there was more work to be done to bring the names in the XUL in line with what was needed in the JS and DB. To that end, I offer the following:

master and rel_2_3 tested and merged. rel_2_2 is conflict-tastic. I'll get those resolved and post a new branch for that here.

Pushed a conflict-resolved commit to user/berick/more-authority-cleanup-2.2

If someone w/ a 2.2 system could test that, that would be great. Otherwise, I'll try to set up a 2.2 system in the near future.

To test, load an authority record into the MARC editor (e.g. via Manage Authorities) and verify the label changes in the fixed fields editor.
